Integrative Movement is a modern approach to strength, movement, and wellbeing—designed for people who want to feel good in their body, train with confidence, and build long-term resilience.
Helping you build strong foundations for lifelong movement
We understand your body as a system to develop strength, mobility, control, and awareness that support real life—now and in the years ahead.
My work
I’m Liz — a performance and rehabilitation coach, Pilates, and Yoga teacher based in the South West of England.
I started my career in Pilates & personal training, but quickly saw that fitness alone rarely leads to long-term wellbeing. Over time, my work shifted toward understanding why pain repeats, how stress shows up in the body, and what actually helps people rebuild confidence in movement.
My approach is grounded in the belief that bodies aren’t broken — they’re adaptive. Each person brings a unique mix of movement habits, training history, injuries, stress, and lifestyle demands. Coaching is about understanding those patterns and applying the right support at the right time.
I’ve trained extensively in integrative movement, corrective exercise, and health-based coaching, and worked with a wide range of clients — from those returning after long-term injury to active individuals wanting to train well for the long run.
Why Integrative Movement?
You’re looking for more than reps, sets, or generic programs.
You want movement that supports your life, strength that carries over, and energy that lasts.
Integrative Movement blends performance-informed strength training with rehab-informed movement and lifestyle considerations to support resilience, confidence, and long-term capacity.
No matter your starting point, our programmes are designed to meet you where you are and evolve with you.
This is training with intention — move better, adapt well, and feel more capable in your body.
Online Coaching
This is the most comprehensive way to work with me — and where most clients see the biggest, most sustainable changes.
Online coaching blends strength training, Pilates, stability & mobility work, and ongoing support into one integrated system. You’re not just given a program — you’re guided through progression, educated along the way, and supported as your body adapts.
This option works especially well if you:
Want to move out of pain and stay there
Are bored of generic or repetitive programs
Want training that carries over into real life
Value structure, feedback, and long-term progress
Programmes are delivered via an app with regular updates, check-ins, and messaging support — so you’re never left guessing.

What do I focus on?
I work with people who want to train smarter, recover better, and understand how their body actually works.
All coaching is guided by four connected foundations:
💪 Movement & Capacity
Understanding how you move, how you load, and where support is needed.
🌿 Nutrition & Energy
Simple strategies that support training, recovery, and everyday energy.
🛌 Recovery & Adaptation
Helping your body adapt to both training and life stress.
🧭 Lifestyle Alignment
Making sure your movement practice fits your real life — not the other way around.
I guide you through all four pillars so you can move well, feel well, and live well—without guesswork or overwhelm.

“I’m stronger, more mobile, and more confident than I was before my injury. Training actually feels enjoyable again”
“I was recovering from a long-term injury and thought I just needed rehab exercises. What I got instead was a full understanding of how my whole system works together. I’m now training harder—and smarter—than ever.”
