About me

I’m Liz—a Gloucestershire-based Integrative Movement Specialist, CHEK Practitioner, and Pilates & Yoga teacher.

I began my career as a personal trainer, but quickly realised that fitness alone doesn’t lead to long-term wellbeing. Moving beyond standard training, I started asking: What really fuels vitality? Where does stress live in the body? And how do we rebuild strength without burning out?

My approach is rooted in the understanding that every body is different. We each carry unique movement patterns, energy patterns, injury histories, and emotional layers. My work is about helping you reconnect to your body’s signals, restore balance, and move with clarity and intention—inside and out.

From stress and injury to embodied, consistent living—my own path shapes every part of how I coach. I live what I teach: conscious movement, quality rest, real food, and self-care.

I’ve trained extensively in movement, corrective exercise, and integrative health. Blending the CHEK system with other evidence-informed modalities, I’ve supported a wide range of clients—from those rehabbing complex injuries to professional athletes refining performance.

What My Clients Say

Better posture, more energy…and finally understanding how to fuel myself without diet drama.
— Mark, 45
It wasn’t just about training, it was about learning how to live differently. I’ve shifted my habits, my energy, and my mindset in a way that finally felt doable. My back pain has completely shifted, and I feel in control of my health for the first time. I can listen to my body now, and it actually makes sense!
— Katie, 34
I’ve worked with PTs before, but this was the first time someone looked at my whole life—not just my form. The difference is night and day.
— Katherine, 52
I was recovering from a long-term injury and thought I just needed rehab exercises. What I got instead was a full understanding of how my whole system works together. I’m now training harder—and smarter—than ever.
— Ben, 38

Your Questions, Answered

Is this right for beginners?

Absolutely. Your starting point is respected, and workouts are scaled accordingly.

Do I need experience with holistic health to work with you?

Not at all. Many clients begin just wanting better PT support—then expand into other tools when they see how well they feel.

Can you help with injuries or chronic pain?

Yes, with appropriate medical clearance. Movement planning is informed by functional patterns week-by-week.

Do you prescribe diets or supplements?

I don’t sell diet plans or packs. Instead, I coach you toward nutrition habits that suit your body and lifestyle.
